Little River Research & Design, founded in 1991, is an innovative company dedicated to river conservation. We are developing new educational products and seek a creative research and development scientist. Qualifications include a master's or PhD in geology,engineering, or natural sciences.

The successful candidate will work with a team developing lab and field-based electronic visualizations and will collaborate with university-based scientists on educational video production and moveable-bed model development and technology. This exciting,cutting-edge work will include collaboration with leading scientists and educators in fluvial geomorphology and river restoration.

This job will include fieldwork in wild land and urban streams in support of our consulting and research. Lab work will focus on research and development for a line of educational models and visualization products. We now manufacture the popular Emrivermoveable-bed river model and are developing other modeling systems for teaching and research in fluvial geomorphology and river conservation.
